Barbara Bray is Creative Learning Officer, co-founder of Personalize Learning, LLC, and co-author of Make Learning Personal and How to Personalize Learning with Kathleen McClaskey @khmmc. She is also the founder/owner of My eCoach and blogs her own views at Rethinking Learning.  She is a creative learning strategist, writer, keynoter, change agent, instructional designer and facilitator. Barbara assists large and small organizations to transform teaching and learning through action research, project-based learning, design thinking, and the redesign of teaching practice and learner-centered environments. She builds coaching programs and communities of practice where teachers are facilitators, advisors, or mentors and guides the development of cultures of learning where teachers and learners become "partners in learning." Barbara has made it her life's work to research and find strategies on how to personalize learning so learners of any age can find their strengths and develop agency so they can follow their passion to discover their purpose.
